My interest in ecology, sustainability, environmental health and chemical injury has led me to some cutting edge research by some of the foremost scientists and doctors in these fields.

Because of my new personal challenges, I am now looking more deeply at both inner and outer environments and their relationship. I continue to explore how to live with some degree of ease, grace and grit in a toxic world.

My intention is to integrate and to make relevant all that I am learning, experiencing and exploring...and to continue to offer tools and techniques for self-healing, self-empowerment, personal & spiritual growth and creative process.

      I continue to believe that self-healing through self-discovery, inquiry, direct experience and creative process is the most powerful vehicle for growth and transformation.

  Every aspect of my life- teaching, work and creative process is informed by what I have learned through my practice of Continuum Movement. I am an authorized teacher of this work since 2006.  I am guided by a deeper listening, sensing, that I have developed more fully through my practice Continuum- that began in 1994.

   I thank Emilie Conrad, creator of Continuum, for her guidance and support. Through her work, I was initiated into a deeper and richer process of self-discovery, inquiry and being.
