     In just one private session or class you will learn cutting edge self-relaxation tools and techniques that will support physical and emotional health. (More advanced techniques than you will find anywhere including the Mayo Clinic Stress Management Programs). More effective than mindfulness training because the tools and techniques down-shift the nervous system in specific incremental stages going from overdrive into neutral. These techniques will become life long tools that use you can use to create and sustain a healthy, adaptive and resilient responsiveness to internal and external stress. Reverse Acute Chronic Stress Reaction

 

    Our bodies were designed for acute stress with long periods for recovery, resting, nurturing and nourishment. Today, we are constantly bombarded with external stress, with no time for recovery. In addition, our systems are entraining to the speed of electronics.  We are also exposed to EMF (electromagnetic field) and radiation and our bodies have no time to rest and reccuperate. Our internal stress reaction alarm is constantly turned on and in high alert. Often our sleep is not restorative, but simply a total collapse. Without rest and recuperation our neuro-muscular system gets log-jammed with overstimulating, fast-firing information and stress. Our survival reaction circuits are on continuously and the result is what we call "burnout" or "fried".
