Every aspect of my life- teaching, work and creative process is informed by what I have learned through my practice of Continuum Movement and the wisdom of Emilie Conrad the founder, creator and facilitator of this work.

Whether I am facilitating a hands-on Tibetan Bowl playing/sounding experience, or a guided visualization and breath session or Continuum class, I am guided by a deeper listening, sensing, feeling that I have developed more fully through my practice Continuum- that began in 1994.

I am deeply grateful to Emilie and Continuum as the portal of inquiry through which I have come to experience the "field" as the movement of life, creation- and wellspring of being-that we all are.

The process of self-discovery and inquiry, being, allowing and engaging in the ever unfolding of the mysteries of creation-life and death- with the possibility of re-birthed transformation through stillness and silence and creative expression-is what inspires me- and what I hope to model and facilitate for others...SDK
